Executive Assistant

Role Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO of Standard Wealth Company, you will be a pivotal member of the leadership team, providing high-level administrative support to our CEO. This role demands exceptional organizational skills, strict confidentiality, and the capacity to manage complex tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and organize the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring seamless execution of all business engagements.
  • Facilitate communications on behalf of the CEO, including drafting and managing emails, handling incoming calls, and corresponding with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and refine communications, presentations, and documents for internal and external audiences.
  • Assist in preparing for board meetings and executive sessions, including minute-taking and compiling meeting materials.
  • Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other executives, staff, and external contacts, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  • Organize and prioritize critical issues and necessary information for the CEO to facilitate efficient decision-making.
  • Maintain confidentiality across all levels of corporate information.
  • Lead and manage special projects assigned by the CEO, providing project oversight and support as needed.
  • Coordinate company-wide events and meetings as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Capable of working independently on projects from conception to completion.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage a wide range of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
  • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including board members, senior executives, staff, and external partners and clients.
  • Skilled in managing complex calendars and travel arrangements.
